

Carol Mastroianni
Carol earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2012, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015. Since then, she has worked extensively in outpatient orthopedics, with advanced training in functional dry needling, manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, and pelvic health. Carol is passionate about helping her patients regain strength and mobility in their everyday lives. She believes in empowering individuals through education and delivering personalized, holistic care. Known for her energy and empathy, Carol values building strong, lasting relationships with her patients—founded on trust, continuous learning, and evidence-based practice. A Birmingham native, Carol currently lives in Hoover with her husband, Jake, and their three sons: Owen, Noah, and Levi. They are active members of Riverchase Church of Christ. Outside the clinic, Carol enjoys staying active through exercise, supporting her children’s sporting events, spending time with extended family, and serving as a support trainer at Burn Boot Camp.
