Thrive Physical Therapy is currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance. Co-pays/remaining deductibles are due at the time of service. BCBS will be billed directly after each session.  The patient is responsible for the balance that insurance does not cover. 

 

We can see patients who have other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. Your insurance provider may have out-of-network benefits that cover a portion of your physical therapy services (some up to 80%). Upon request, we can provide patients a superbill to be submitted to out-of-network insurance providers. Patients are responsible for verifying their benefits and submitting superbills, so please call your insurance company to ask about your coverage for out-of-network physical therapy services.

Private Pay/Out-Of-Network Pricing:

• Physical Therapy initial evaluation: $160 (60 min)

• Physical Therapy follow-up sessions: $130 (50 min)

• Wellness services ​ ​​

  • 60 minute wellness visit: $130

  • 30 minute wellness visit: $75

             

    *Initial evaluation is required for first-time wellness patients
